The immunological test kit for HW Ag/E.canis Ab/Anapl. Ab/Lyme Ab detection is a combined diagnostic kit used for the simultaneous detection of heartworm antigen (Heartworm, HW Ag) and antibodies to Ehrlichia canis, Anaplasma spp. pathogens, and Lyme borreliosis (Lyme Ab). The kit is based on the principle of immunochromatographic analysis, allowing quick assessment of the presence of key vector-borne infection agents in dogs.

These diseases can be transmitted through tick or mosquito bites and may present with lethargy, fever, decreased appetite, enlarged lymph nodes, changes in blood parameters, lameness, cough, or signs of cardiovascular system involvement.

Test Procedure

Result Interpretation

Positive

The test is positive if two lines are present: the control line C and the test line T.

Negative

The test is negative if only one control line C is present.

Invalid

The test is invalid if no line appears at the control line C, even if a line is present at the test line T.
