VetXpert.com.ua supplies Mindray Animal Care laboratory systems throughout Ukraine. We ensure organized and controlled logistics of equipment for veterinary clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
Equipment shipment is carried out within 1–3 business days after contract signing and funds are credited to the company bank account.
Please note: laboratory systems are supplied in accordance with the agreed commercial proposal. Delivery timelines for specific items may depend on stock availability or scheduled import shipments.
Delivery Methods
- Direct delivery via “Nova Poshta” courier service — transportation of equipment directly to your clinic or hospital.
- Delivery via Meest POST — arranged individually depending on the size and weight of the laboratory system.
- Self-pickup — available upon prior coordination with our managers.
Delivery costs are determined according to the carrier’s tariffs or contractual terms and are agreed upon prior to shipment.
Important: upon receiving the equipment, please carefully check completeness, packaging integrity, and the absence of mechanical damage in the presence of the delivery service representative.
Payment
VetXpert.com.ua operates exclusively in the B2B segment and supplies laboratory systems on a non-cash (bank transfer) payment basis.
Bank Transfer
To issue an invoice, please provide the following documents (scanned copies):
- Company registration extract (EDRPOU extract).
- Single tax payer certificate (if applicable).
- VAT registration certificate (if applicable).
After agreeing on the commercial terms, we issue an official invoice for payment and, if necessary, prepare a supply agreement.
