VetXpert.com.ua operates strictly in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
You have the right to exchange or return goods of inadequate quality in cases предусмотрених by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and other applicable regulatory acts.
Goods of proper quality may be exchanged within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), provided that they have not been used for their intended purpose and that their original condition, complete set, packaging, seals, labels, instructions, and accompanying documents are preserved.
According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, medical and veterinary products, as well as professional laboratory equipment, are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return if they are of proper quality. Exchange or return is possible only in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order specifications.
To process an exchange or return, it is necessary to provide the delivery note (invoice) or another document confirming the purchase.
Warranty Service
VetXpert.com.ua provides warranty service for laboratory systems in accordance with the terms of the concluded sales agreements and the current legislation of Ukraine.
In the event of a service request, the equipment undergoes diagnostics through our service department or authorized partner service centers. Based on the diagnostic results, further actions are determined:
- if a manufacturing defect is confirmed — warranty repair or another solution is provided in accordance with the agreement;
- if the defect is caused by improper use or external factors — repair may be carried out on a paid basis, and diagnostics may also be chargeable;
- if repair is not possible — other contractual solutions apply (equipment replacement or another mutually agreed resolution).
