Veterinary Reagent Kit for the Mindray BC-60R Vet Analyzer

A comprehensive solution for accurate hematology analysis

The reagent kit is specially designed for the veterinary analyzer Mindray BC-60R Vet and provides approximately 90 tests. The kit includes all the necessary reagents for performing a complete hematology analysis using impedance counting and SF-Cube technologies.

The kit includes:

• Diluent No. 1 (V-6 DS Diluent) – 5.5 L
  Used for blood dilution and for creating a stable environment for cell counting by RBC, PLT, WBC, and RET parameters using the impedance method.
  Composition: Tris buffer ≤0.5%, sodium chloride ≤0.1%
• Diluent No. 2 (V-6 DR Diluent) – 310 mL
  Ensures sample dilution and stability for the analysis of RET and PLT-O parameters using SF-Cube technology.
  Composition: Tris buffer ≤1%
• Lyse Reagent No. 1 (V-6 LD Lyse) – 310 mL
  Intended for erythrocyte lysis and leukocyte differentiation (LYM, MON, NEU, EOS) using SF-Cube technology.
  Composition: surfactant ≤0.5%, HEPES buffer ≤0.5%
• Lyse Reagent No. 2 (V-6 LH Lyse) – 200 mL
  Used for measuring hemoglobin (HGB) by the colorimetric method.
  Composition: surfactant ≤0.5%, Tris buffer ≤0.5%
• Cleaning Reagent (V-6 RS Solution Reagent) – 80 mL
  Ensures effective cleaning of the analyzer system and helps prevent clogging.
  Composition: Tris buffer ≤1%

Storage and Transportation Conditions

• Temperature range: from 2 to 30 °C
• Humidity: not more than 90%; avoid direct sunlight
• Storage area: well ventilated
• Use after thawing is permitted provided that quality control results are normal
